Order processing time depends on the size of your purchase. For orders of 1–10 items, please allow 1–2 business days for fulfilment. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day. For bulk purchases, additional time may be required; in that case, please contact us directly for estimated processing times and availability. Every order is packed with care and prepared as efficiently as possible.

Once fulfilled, your order is shipped with trusted carriers. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within mainland Europe and 4–7 business days for the UK and Ireland. Need it sooner? Express shipping is available and arrives in just 1–3 business days. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

All our orders ship from our manufactoring plant in Latvia.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and number of products in your order. All deliveries within the EU and UK are handled by FedEx, ensuring a smooth and consistent shipping experience with reliable service and accurate tracking.

Depending on your shipping destination, import fees, customs duties, and VAT may apply. For EU countries, there are no additional charges — all taxes and duties are included in your total at checkout.

However, for destinations outside the EU — including the UK, Switzerland, Norway, or other international locations — your order may be subject to local import taxes or customs fees upon delivery. These costs are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not included in your order total. Buyers are responsible for any applicable fees, which may vary based on your location and the value of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or control these charges, and we are unable to mark orders as gifts to avoid them. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’re happy to change or cancel it for you. Please email hello@suvera.care with your order number as soon as possible, ideally within the same day of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes — but we’ll always do our best to assist.

You can safely pay with credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Bancontact (for Belgium), iDeal (for Netherlands). When you choose a Klarna payment method, certain personal data (contact and order details) is shared with Klarna to assess your eligibility and to manage your purchase. Due to the natural and sensitive nature of our skincare products, and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. However, we do accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

In case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund — your satisfaction is our priority.

While we take great care in packing every order, occasional mishandling by shipping carriers can still occur. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@suvera.care within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product and its packaging.

We’ll take care of it promptly with a replacement or refund, depending on what works best for you.

If you wish to return an unopened and unused product within the 14-day return window, the return shipping costs are at your expense. If you request a return label from us, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund amount. We strongly advise using a tracked shipping method for your own peace of mind and proof of return.

We also highlight whether a product is vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, or fragrance-free. If you're unsure about a specific ingredient, you can always contact us — we’ll be happy to clarify.

You’ll find allergy-friendly information — including nut-free and gluten-free claims — on each product page. Many Suvéra formulas are suitable for those with common allergies, and our minimalistic ingredient lists are intentionally designed to reduce risks. Still, always double-check the label and ask our team if in doubt — your safety comes first.

Yes — but only the safe kind. To ensure the stability and safety of our formulations, we use natural or ECOCERT-approved preservatives in small quantities. We never use synthetic parabens or formaldehyde-based ingredients. Our priority is to keep your skincare safe, clean, and effective.

Our products contain natural ingredients and should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or humidity (e.g. not in the shower). Once opened, most products are best used within 6 to 12 months — exact durations are indicated with the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging.
